For irrigation contractors

Your installed controllers are a maintenance-plan business you're not running yet.

You've put in hundreds of Hydrawise and Rachio controllers, and most of those customers have no plan. MyWaterBudget triages every alert against meter-verified flow, turns no-plan alerts into plan offers, and gives each customer an app with your logo on it.

The problem

Smart controllers created a mess nobody gets paid to clean up.

Alerts nobody owns

Flow and wiring alerts land in an inbox. Half are noise, and the real ones get missed until the customer calls about a wet spot or a dead lawn.

Controllers with no plan

The install was a one-time ticket. You're the one they call when it breaks, but nothing recurring pays for it.

Savings you can't prove

"It'll save water" doesn't close an upgrade. Gallons measured at the meter, priced at the customer's real rates, do.

Three apps, one record

Office, tech and homeowner see the same system.

They run in a phone or tablet browser and can be added to the home screen. No app store, no hardware.

Tech

Field app

  • Audit each zone at the meter — As-Found GPM in minutes
  • Proposal priced on the Blue Collar Pay labor ladder, with material on its own line
  • Drip and MP rotator projections from the products installed
  • As-Left re-test proves the result: ±10% is on target

Office

Office console

  • Import your controller list from a CSV
  • Alert inbox triaged by severity, with a dollar cost on each alert
  • Send plan invites to every no-plan customer in bulk
  • Work orders you copy straight into your CRM

Homeowner

Your-brand app

  • Your logo and colors, with a private link for each customer
  • Alerts in plain English: "Zone 4 is using 40% more water than it should"
  • Verified savings from the work you did
  • Enroll in a plan or request service with a photo

Alert triage

Every alert is checked against the flow you measured.

Auto-cleared

Within 15% of the zone's verified GPM. Normal variation — nobody gets bothered.

Needs action

15–40% over, or offline more than 72 hours. Goes on the next visit.

Critical

40%+ over, a leak of 1 GPM or more with no zone running, or a summer wiring fault. Shows a dollar cost per month at the customer's real tier rate.

Plan offer

Same alert, but the customer has no plan: it becomes a sales lead instead of free service.

The 2027 opening

Water is getting expensive. Proof of savings is now a sales tool.

Queen Creek's proposed fee: $3.07 → $10.75 per 1,000 gallons.

Chandler, Mesa and Arizona Water Co. have increases on the table too. For Queen Creek customers, the field app's homeowner report now shows what the saved gallons are worth under the fee, Year 1 through Year 6. That's the number that sells the upgrade and the plan.

Queen Creek Water Resource Fee · Proposed

Extra savings from this work, on top of today's rates:

Year 1 (2027)$22–$37per year
Year 6$77–$129per year

Example: 12,000 gal/yr saved. Low end = sewer, high end = septic.

Stays in its lane

Scheduling, dispatch, invoicing and payments stay where they are. Work orders copy across, and direct push is on the roadmap.

Robert Kemp
Built by an operator

18 years running an irrigation shop — not a software company guessing.

I'm Robert Kemp. I ran Water Wise Sprinkler Repair in the East Valley for 18 years and started its Hydrawise flow-monitoring program. Managing all those controllers was the biggest headache we had. MyWaterBudget is the tool I wanted then. It's built to work alongside Blue Collar Pay, the pricing and pay system I use with shops.

Founding shops

I'm setting up a small group of pilot shops.

I'll set it up with you, load your controller list, and help you build the plan tiers. You tell me what's missing.

  • Hands-on setup with me, not a help desk
  • Your logo and colors on the homeowner app
  • Plan tiers and pricing built with the Blue Collar Pay method
  • Founding-shop pricing, locked in
Where it stands: shop accounts are live. Create your shop in the Shop Console, hand customers your connect code, and see their Hydrawise, Rachio and Netro controllers live. Other brands run as virtual smart controllers. Plans and work orders from the office console move onto your shop account next.
